Our client

Our client is a global law firm with a strong international presence. They provide comprehensive legal services to a wide range of clients, including multinational corporations, government entities, and emerging companies.

Description of the vacancy

  • Enhance knowledge ressources for banking regulatory practice to deliver quality services to clients
  • Keep lawyers informed and perform in-depth research about legal, regulatory, and commercial advancements and their implications for their practices and clients
  • Contribute regulatory expertise and perform foresight activities to ensure the team stays updated on changes to European directives
  • Establish monitoring systems for EU legislation regarding the financial sector which includes tracking proposals for Regulatory Standards from EU financial services authorities and relevant documents
  • Collaborate with several internal departments, including Business Development, Associates, Partners to keep and maintain client’s need.  But also, with members of the operational unit to contribute to the development and promotion of legal best practice and the use of IT litigation tools
  • Provide know-how and best practice training on an international level

Profile

  • At least 6 years’ experience in a law firm in the field of financial regulation
  • Mother tongue or bilingual in English, any other language is nice to have
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in a multi-cultural environment
